I have tried a few recipes for veggie dip and until now I haven’t found a recipe that I love.  I wanted a recipe that was easy, tasted good, good for you, and that my kids would eat.  I found it!  This recipes is super easy.  It is mostly Greek yogurt and just has a couple of spices.  It stays good in the fridge for awhile so you can make a bigger batch.  It is good with all kinds of veggies….carrots, cucumbers, and you have to try it with these roasted beets.  This recipe is from Whole Lifestyle Nutrition all I did differently is double the sour cream.
