Energy Bites
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup old fashioned oats
• 2 Tbsp flax seed
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup shredded coconut
• 1/4 cup agave
• 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients together until well coated. Add agave, stirring until
well mixed. Add peanut butter and continue to stir until blended. Spread mixture
into small pan and press firmly until evenly distributed. Refrigerate. Cut into 10
squares, serve chilled.

Yes they are very kid friendly. My kids look forward to them after swim lessons.
Des these are amazing!! I made 2 batches today lol my second batch I put in paper muffin liners and packed them into muffin tins then refrigerated them. Now they are PERFECT for my 3 year old to just get in the fridge and grab one. (even my 9 month old lives them)
