Good News Giveaway

GiveawayThank you to all who entered! But this giveaway is now over!!!

Today I am so excited because not only do I have good news but I think it’s also time for a giveaway. Lets start with the good news…KSL’s Studio 5 has asked me to come back again! This Wednesday the 11th I will be back on their show to talk about how to make your own cake mix and all the awesome things you can do with it. I am going to demonstrate a lemon triple berry trifle, applesauce cake, and oatmeal raisin cookies all from the same mix. Its going to be so fun! If you missed the last time I was on KSL, you can check it out here.

So in honor of this fabulous news, and my new Facebook page, I am holding a giveaway. The winner will receive a fabulous healthy baking goodie basket.  This will include; one of my healthy cake mixes, my favorite whole grain flours to bake with, sucanat (a healthier sugar), my favorite cookie scoop, and so much more! I will also give you recipes and ideas so that you can know just what to do with these ingredients and mix.

I like bringing a dessert to family gatherings that is a little more healthy. I love the idea of having a go to cake mix to simplify the process.

  12. Of COURSE I “liked” you fb page!

  13. And I think one of my favorite things to do with a cake mix would be to make cake pops with my cake pop maker – that I don’t actually use because I don’t want to use an unhealthy cake mix and to do it up from scratch doubles my work. So to make a good cake mix beforehand would be splendid! 😉

    1 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 tsp salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 cups water

I liked your page on Facebook and created a link on my wall to this page and the giveaway. I love using chocolate cake mix to make my chocolate chocolate chip cookies. It’s amazing how cake mix makes a delicious and moist cookie. Sometimes I mix it up with white chocolate chips and it’s great. I appreciate that you have gluten free options as I have been gluten free on and off for about 10 years now.

    • desiree says:

Devon great! I will have to try to come up with a chocolate cake mix and make it into cookies, sounds yummy. I feel better if I eat mostly gluten free so I just add in how I adapt it for me. So glad you visited the site.
