FAQs

  1. How many smoothies does a week’s grocery list make?
    The list for the week will make 7 smoothies, one for everyday of that week.
  2. When will I receive the recipe for each day?
    All recipes are set to go out at 4am EST
  3. I am allergic/hate/cannot get ingredient A, B, C and/or D. What can I do??
    For any of the greens or fruit, feel free to swap it out for any other green or fruit that you love! For liquids, there are lots of options: water, almond milk, coconut water, cashew milk, 100% natural fruit juice, etc. There are some great discussion about this in the Facebook group! If you are allergic to any of the nuts, feel free to just leave them out or replace them with nuts and/or seeds that you are not allergic too.
  4. Can the smoothie be used as a meal replacement?
    This depends. If you eat three meals a day, the calories in one smoothie will probably not sustain you until the next meal, but if you are looking to cut calories this might be an option
  5. What greens are good for the smoothies?
    So many choices! Spinach, kale, bok choy, romaine lettuce, collard greens, swiss chard…
  6. I did not receive the email for the day. What is going on???
