Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

BIG NEWS…….. I am going on Studio 5 again, Thursday from 10-11 a.m.!!!    I will be demoing my favorite Thai peanut salad and a nifty little trick to pack your salads along with you, for all of your summer adventures.  Don’t miss it!!!!

This  is one my favorite main dish salads.  It is filling enough for a main course and so fresh and light for the summer.  The best part in my opinion  is the dressing.  You can use it for fresh spring rolls, Thai noodles, or in this case a light salad.   I am going to post this salad in two posts.  First the dressing and then the salad. I have slightly adapted the recipe from Our Best Bites.

Looks so yummy. Can’t wait to see what’s in the salad so I can make it for dinner this weekend.

I have never commented on a recipe before but this one warranted it! Made the salad and dressing last night and I think I said “this is SO good” after every bite! Thx for posting. I see myself making this often in the future!

Hi Desiree, I made this salad for dinner tonight and that dressing is amazing. Like UH-MAY-ZING. Seriously, so yummy. Thanks so much! In this post you mentioned being able to use the dressing for spring rolls. Do you have a recipe for spring rolls that you like to use??
