Vegetable Tray Ideas, My Thanksgiving Assignment

This year I was assigned to bring a vegetable tray to Thanksgiving dinner. I love doing veggie trays, ,salads, fruit, anything that is fresh and easy to put together. This year I am going to bring a few veggies and a fun dip that usually doesn’t make it to the party. I saw this picture above and thought it was a great idea to put the dip in a hollowed out pepper, or cabbage we will see what the day brings. If I am feeling extra fancy I might just get creative with it.

Veggies for the platter (I might not put all of these on it, but a lot of them will make the party debut)

1. Carrot Sticks
2. Broccoli
3. Snap Peas
4. Cauliflower
5. Jicama cut into strips
5. Grape Tomatoes
6. Belgian Endive (this one is a maybe, but I thought it was a good idea)
7. Red and yellow peppers cut into strips
8. Cucumber slices

Dips that I am thinking of making:

Creamy Curry Dip
Guacamole
Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Herb Dip

Help me put together my thanksgiving veggie tray and leave a comment if you have a fabulous dip recipe or any other ideas.

Happy Thanksgving
