Everything from how to meal plan and feed your family real food, to positive parenting resources, to workouts, to ideas for quality time with your kids, to self care for Moms… and so much more.

I am passionate about helping families create and stick with a lifestyle that makes them happy and is actually DOABLE as a busy Mom.

Nourishing your family is about so much more than just food.  It is about feeling good, having energy and confidence so you can enjoy your life… and that all starts in the kitchen. If you are feeling overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin, don’t worry because I felt that way once, too.

I remember when I first started changing my diet in 2004 after a long battle with illness… it felt completely overwhelming.  I didn’t cook at ALL, I had never baked without a mix, and I had no clue where to start.  I am sure you have felt like me at one time or another, and might even be going through the initial pains of change right now.

I can promise you it gets easier and eating real food will soon become the new normal. Embracing this lifestyle sets you up for achieving optimal health, and you and your family will reap the benefits of this lifestyle for the rest of your lives.
